Refund policy

1. Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us first at contact.astraloom@gmail.com. Items sent back without contacting us will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us immediately at contact.astraloom@gmail.com with photo proof so we can fix it right away.

3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
